We bought this for a Christmas present for our great nephews In late Feb/early March, once the weather broke, they assembled it. The slide had not been delivered. My niece called customer service and she said they were fantastic. They Backyard Discovery even had a photo that was taken when it was shipped showing the slide had not been shipped! They immediately sent the slide. Everyone said the directions were very good and not difficult to put together. They knew it would be time consuming The kids LOVE it. Nice quality for he price. We bought the same set four our grandson last August. Its still sitting in their garage! My husband told them to call and hed be over when they are ready to assemble it. I justy hope there are no missing parts!
